Should I go to Urgent Care for an eye infection?

We recommend seeing an optometrist instead. Most Urgent Care centers lack the specialized microscope (slit lamp) needed to see the surface of the eye. They often prescribe generic drops that may not treat the specific virus or bacteria causing your infection.

Do you take walk-ins for emergencies?

Yes. If you have an eye injury, chemical burn, or sudden vision loss, please call us immediately or come in. We will fit you into the schedule.
